Establishing traction to get results requires planning and action steps.
A coach co-creates plans with clients that moves them to achieving desired outcomes.
It is movement from possibilities and options to what
What could I/we do?
What do I/we want to do?
 What will I/we do?

Plans and actions steps are attainable and specific with clarity, dates, commitment, and deadlines.  A coach checks in for updates; however, the client owns the plan.  Not getting movement on an action step can be as meaningful as completing it.
