Tracks Progress

A coach holds attention for clients to the desired outcomes to which clients agree and the coaching plans to achieve those outcomes. Accountability, structure, and support continue the process.
Making adjustments is expected. Change and forward movement can be risky and messy.  It can be exhilarating and liberating. Tracking progress gives time and space to process what you need to process.  Having a confidential place to reflect and be real about how things “are really going” is essential.
